Terms and Conditions for DNA Steelworks

Services: DNA Steelworks provides various services, including the design, fabrication, and installation of awnings, carports, shade cloth carports, gates, facade cladding, louvers, steel beams, trusses, columns, pergolas, and mezzanine floors. We strive to provide high-quality products and services tailored to our clients’ needs.
  2. Quotations and Estimates: All quotations and estimates provided by DNA Steelworks are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw quotations and estimates without prior notice.
  3. Pricing and Payment: Pricing for our services is based on the specifications provided by the client. DNA Steelworks requires a 50% deposit before commencing any work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards.
  4. Delivery and Installation: Delivery and installation timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control. DNA Steelworks will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed-upon timeframe but cannot be held liable for any delays or disruptions.
  5. Cancellation and Refunds: Clients may cancel orders within 48 hours of placing them for a full refund. However, cancellations after 48 hours or once work has commenced will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
  6. Warranty and Liability: DNA Steelworks provides a limited warranty for our products and services, covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components and does not extend to any indirect or consequential damages.
  7. Intellectual Property: All designs, plans, and specifications created by DNA Steelworks remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our express written consent.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: DNA Steelworks reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
